Senses of a Journey

In my ears,
Songs were sung to the beautiful melody of life,
And voices were whispered in careful notes of peace, joy, laughter, and pain.
In my eyes,
Trees were painted by the luscious sea of brown and yellow,
And oceans were tainted with glamorous shades of black and blue.
In my mouth,
Sauces were poured with the luscious taste of earth and water,
And food were enchanted by the wondrous texture of hard and soft.
In my nose,,
Whiffs of culture shed their true identity of aurora around,
And perfumes of elegance dance in and out of the grand hall of beauty.
In my skin,
Cool breeze blew the tears away softly and gently,
And sparkles as the coarse sand of a smooth lake dries in eternity.
A tale of life,
Unveiled and coloured by the senses ,
Short but says of the long, endless road ahead and behind.
